Duration: 1 day 9am to 5pm with a short practical and written test afterwards.

About the course:

The Short Range Certificate (SRC) is the minimum qualification required by law to operate   VHF Digital Selective Calling (DSC) equipment on any UK flagged vessel. This is for both fixed and handheld equipment. Course includes:

• Cost of the training pack
  
• Easy to do homework preparation
  
• Telephone support 9 to 6pm - Monday to Sunday
  
• Use of the latest Icom radio simulators
  
• One Radio to a student
  
• Max 8 in a class​
